Dr. Touati is a veteran educator of over 15 years, dedicated to enhancing education, training, and culturally diverse workplaces. She strives for meaningful and engaging interactions with peers, analyzing and implementing educational initiatives for teachers and students, and fostering relationships. She believes that every student should have an opportunity to experience education with confidence, in a method that motivates them and allows students to be successful. Dr Touati's career includes being an adjunct at DePaul University, College of Education for pre-service teachers, working as a certified school librarian, and having been a classroom teacher for 3rd through 7th-grade students. While she still pursues some academic work in her spare time, she has geared her passions towards the after-school program with her husband, Sensei Faouzi Touati, to bring a unique experience to parents to give time back to families.
